Armand Amin is President of Forma Life Sciences, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy and operations as Forma rebuilds and expands its U.S.-based CDMO platform.

Armand originally joined the organization in 2014, during the company’s Formex years, and spent five years helping grow the business through its evolution into BioDuro. During that time, he supported the company’s commercial growth and the successful acquisition of BioDuro by Advent International before moving on to broader strategy and operating roles across the pharmaceutical industry.

After BioDuro, Armand worked at ZS Associates, advising pharmaceutical companies and private equity groups on market assessments, growth strategy, and M&A diligence across the life sciences sector.

Before returning to Forma as President, Armand served as Chief Business Officer at LumaCina, a pharmaceutical company supplying essential medicines to hospitals across Australia.

Armand holds an MBA and MPH from University of California, Berkeley, and bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics, Economics, and Global Studies from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Cyrus K. Mirsaidi is the Executive Chariman and CEO at Forma Life Sciences.  He is the current chairman and managing partner of BioSelective Capital Investments, a Utah-based risk-capital investment company with focus on promising early-stage therapeutics and select opportunities in Pharma Services.  He serves as a member on the board of directors of Sanguine Biosciences, a rare disease biospecimen procurement services company and BioOra, a commercial-stage cell therapy company with its lead program, a CD19-directed CAR-T therapy, currently in Phase 2 registration trial for adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma. Mr. Mirsaidi serves advisory roles with Advent International, a global private equity firm with over $100B in assets under management.

Mr. Mirsaidi brings operational and strategic senior management experience for young start-ups to fortune 100 companies, with proven track record from pre-clinical drug discovery to cGMP development of drug product, to clinical translational programs for targeted therapeutics.  He served as President and CEO of BioDuro, a contract research, development and manufacturing company, from 2015 to 2021, where he managed the company from 500 employees to over 2,400 to establish the third largest CRDMO in the industry, with operations in 7 cities across US and China.  Prior to BioDuro, Mr. Mirsaidi served as CEO of Formex, a formulation development and cGMP manufacturing company headquartered in San Diego.

Mr. Mirsaidi received a BS in Biology from University of California, Irvine.  Mr. Mirsaidi splits time between Park City, Utah, and San Diego, CA, and enjoys sharing wine and wine making with friends and colleagues in his spare time.

Ruchit Trivedi is Executive Vice President of Operations at Forma Life Sciences, where he leads the company’s technical operations, pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, analytical sciences, quality control, and supply chain functions as Forma continues to expand its U.S.-based CDMO platform. He oversees cross-functional activities spanning formulation and process development, tech transfer, analytical development, GMP manufacturing, validation, operational readiness, and commercial supply execution across a broad range of pharmaceutical programs.

Ruchit brings extensive experience across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, having held leadership and technical roles at Eli Lilly and Company, BioDuro, Banner Life Sciences, and Array BioPharma. Throughout his career, he has led development, manufacturing, analytical, and operational initiatives supporting clinical and commercial drug product programs, with expertise in oral solid dosage forms, spray dried dispersions, modified release technologies, process scale-up, and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. His experience includes leading complex technical transfers from early development through commercial manufacturing, establishing process validation and control strategies, building integrated analytical and quality systems, and developing operational infrastructure to support scalable and compliant GMP manufacturing environments.

Ruchit holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Colorado and an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles. Outside of work, he enjoys following sports, watching films, and exploring the intersection of science, business, and innovation within the pharmaceutical industry.

Vishnu Dwadasi joins Forma as the VP of Business Development. He brings nearly 20 years of life sciences experience spanning pharmaceutical operations, consulting, and business development, with a career built on shepherding complex drug development programs from early clinical development through full-scale commercial manufacturing and distribution.

Earlier in his career, Vishnu held leadership roles at Catalent, BioDuro, and Pii, where he developed deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, and sales. He later joined West Monroe, where he advised life sciences clients on digital strategies, M&A, and operational transformation. He has also supported multiple pharma regulatory filings and product launches, and went on to lead drug product manufacturing at Ashvattha Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical start-up.

His accomplishments earned him recognition as one of the Top 25 Healthcare Technology Leaders of Washington, DC for 2023 by The Healthcare Technology Report.

Vishnu holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Purdue University and an MBA from Duke University.
